Whose identification?

In order to identify (and then invite) a customer with 5+ numbers, those numbers must first be identifiable towards one and the same customer (and they are, since activating a number requires identification). Asking an owner to come over and visit a local branch is not to to receive their identification, but to determine if the owner is the actual user (and, if not, to identify the actual users?).

A portion of those invites will not be answered, and consequently the corresponding numbers will probably be revoked after a while. But what's supposed to happen when invitees do show up? Are the local branch workers trained in the proper application of choke holds/bags to extract the truth?

It seems that NBTC has delegated part of investigative police work towards local branch workers of telecom providers. A pay-rise is in order!
