After testing positive for Covid-19 earlier this week, Thai Public Health Minister Anutin has recovered. The minister is now prepared to return to office on Monday, July 4. Anutin tested positive for the virus earlier this week, after he returned to Thailand from a UNAIDS meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. Anutin and other authorities had attended a general assembly in Paris before travelling to Geneva. Once there, the group joined the meeting with The Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS. I don't think he was missed by anyone. Each subsequent variant seems to be getting weaker and weaker. Let's celebrate that. 

Glad we are able to dialogue about covid here. Thaivisa has essentially shut down any covid related conversation that is not strictly party line narrative. They have become increasingly cowardly and authoritarian. Kind of like their CCP overlords. They do not represent democracy or free speech. May free speech continue to flourish here.

Damn - cannot help bad luck.

Would have made to the trip (3 hour drive) to the wat in Bangkok to say goodbye personally.
