This will never happen in Thailand for the simple reason the excuse of covid gives the government ease of control over the sheep who seem more than willing to do as they are told without question. Generals live giving orders and until this Junta is democratically removed, the system will not change.

Covid-free but still wearing masks indoors as a precautionary measure = madness

Does anyone know if this is practically being done in Cambodia still?

Highly doubtful, seeing as you can't count what you don't know about. Doesn't mean we shouldn't be living normally with the virus without restrictions. Btw, Cambodia is still vaccinating (offering a 5th dose starting  June 6th and wearing mask indoors).

Well it didn’t happen in Cambodia either. Much like most of Africa and India it’s easy to not have cases of you don’t do testing.

Cambodia put Thailand to shame with their vaccination figures in 2021.

Thanks in part to Thailand dragging their feet and waiting for the in-country produced AZ vaccine.

As well as the farce with the modena vaccine. I know of people that paid in advance for modena last June and never got it.

Wearing masks indoors? Man, this makes you fing weep! Unless you are playing golf when are you actually outside for any length of time? It's too hot here and the infrastructure is too crap just to walk about like you do in civilised countries. It's beyond pathetic, what is is with this region, I mean really??

The Moderna's arrived about January. They can go and get them as their 3rd and 4th shot if they want. Seeing as they paid for them, might as well use them.

A total of 94% of the Cambodian population has received at least 1 dose of the vaccine, 89% have received 2 shots, 58% have received 3 shots and 16% have had 4 shots. Most of these vaccines are China’s Sinovac and Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines.

If they are all mostly vaccinated, why do unvaccinated foreigners need to quarantine?

If they are Chinese vaccines I would interpret those percentages to read

89% have received one shot

58% percent have 1.5 shots

16% percent have 2 shots.

I know, irrelevant Hun Sen says Cambodia is Covid free.🤣

We are Australian and we’re living there during Covid-19!

We did get 2 x Sinopharm Vaccines

When we came to Thailand they allowed us in on those Vaccines!

But when we wanted a booster in Thailand , we were told the Cambodian vaccines did not count here?🤔

we had to get 2 Phizer Vaccines to be fully vaccinated here.

so now we have had 4x Vaccine shots!

They've clearly stopped testing... bravo! The only way you can have zero cases is if you stop testing. Finally someone gets it.
