Why are you criticizing the police here? What did they do that was wrong? The alleged attacker was subdued quickly. If the police stopped and searched everyone at Nana that looked mentally ill, it would require hundreds of police officers, and I expect you would be the first to complain about the draconian police presence. There are mentally ill people everywhere. -

You are only fully vaccinated at 2 doses if the 2nd dose is no less than 4 months old. Even with the most effective vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna), a booster is required at 4-6 months after the 2nd dose. In the vaccinating countries, if one is aged 60 and older, 4 doses are recommended and if immune dysfunctional, 5 doses. The Thai government does a disservice when it refers to 2 doses are fully vaccinated. -
