I am seeking information on which insurance companies offer Covid in insurance to over 75's for purposes of the Thai Pass. 

Also does it have to be a Thai company?

if you click on the blue button at the bottom of the "Choose a plan" TP page:

there are three insurance companies.

The first one, "Welcome to Thailand" from FWD, is valid up to 85 years old. The others are valid up to 74 and 75 years.
