Lots of warnings, red flags, due diligence, business mumbo jumbo warnings etc, in this  long winded article.

Keep hold of your money, let them keep their over priced, money puts. They're flash, but the build quality is crap.

Just RENT, real easy to move if you're not happy.

At least hire a trustworthy lawyer to help advise and handle the transaction. It will be worth it.
