As various sectors of Thai society step forward to help stranded Russians and Ukrainians, a Christian organisation in Pattaya plans to provide instant noodles, 5 kilogram bags of rice, and milk. The organisation, Hand to Hand Foundation, invites Russians and Ukrainians to come to their centre in Banlamung district between 2:00pm and 4:oopm on April 21, April 26, and April 28. Thank goodness UNICEF (amongst others) are appealing for donations for a Country that is being raised to the ground by Russia.
