A young man allegedly wandered around the parking lot of a Pattaya mall threatening tourists with a knife yesterday. Pattaya Police detained the man at Pattaya Police Station, and claim he was incoherent and couldn’t properly answer questions. The man had also reportedly been talking in circles. Witnesses called the police immediately after seeing him walk around brandishing the long knife.
