Couldn’t of said it better myself. Russians sit on the beech all day then buy bottles of spirits to take back to their accommodation to drink. Indians spend nothing and try ask for discount on something that costs 20 baht.
Yes, but 'so what' ???
I'm not talking about morality, adverts, or "plus, plus, plus" get out the tin foil.
My point was simply that the idea that "Free sites are free for a reason, poorly maintained bare bones systems that may work or only work sometimes. You get what you pay for. Pay nothing get nothing" is simply balls, to put it bluntly, where the internet is concerned.
Site owners don't need you to pay to be either profitable or to provide an efficient service, whether it's a VPN or an alarm clock, and those were obvious examples, nothing more.
They can not accept that people have not come in the numbers they NEED, as already evidenced by the Sandbox numbers.
Tinkering around the edges of these draconian restrictions is not, and will not, change anything for the better. The Sandbox mentality is not what tourists want or will accept.
They need to get the country fully vaccinated, give it at least two weeks to do its thing, set a date for reopening, stick to it and fully open, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues etc. NOTHING ELSE IS GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Even then, it will take years for the country to regain the confidence and trust of the travelling public.
A government of f.....g idiots, thinking we're all desperate to come back and restore the 20% GDP that they have thrown away.
