Bags containing infectious waste should be clearly marked so binmen and waste disposal facility staff can take the necessary precautions when disposing of the rubbish, says the PM. Waste contaminated with nasal mucus, sputum, saliva and blood from those infected with Covid-19 poses a risk of transmission to garbage handlers and must be disposed of properly to ensure public safety, according to PM Prayut. Certainly the PM has underlings (ie the Health Minister?) to deal with this. Many more issues he should be concentrating on.

While the rest is true, Covid doesn't spread by blood Mr. PM, we're not talking about HIV or Ebola here.

We use the used face masks to pick up our doggie poo poo, and then from there it goes into any recycled small plastic bag we have on hand. Garbage truck workers rip open the bags to sift and see if there are any recyleables. Just saw them doing it in the morning today while I was drinking coffee with my wife on our 2nd story crows view terrace. As for folk going through our tied garbage bags, nobody going to open that little doggie poo po bag and touch any of the used masks. Just not going to happen.

I think he likes to pride himself to comment on every subject to make him feel in touch with all issues or to make him look that way to the people who are snowed by him. Sort of like a person who replies to a person talking to another person when they are not the one in that converstaition.
