It is clear from the article that the only reason the boy wants to be vaccinated, is to visit his dying grandmother who has metastatic lung cancer and is in the last stages of her life. The article doesn't mention it, but it is most probably the Hospital or Carehome that refuses him to visit his dying grandmother, and insists on him being vaccinated to do so. And he would probably have to wait two weeks after vaccination before he is allowed to actually visit her, if she is still alive by then.
A wise judge would have also heard the grandmother. If she is dying and already in the Hospital it is obvious that she has little time left, and she would for sure not care whether her grandson was vaccinated or not, and could infect her.
My first car was 1951 Morris minor convertible.
I have owned many cars over the 60 years with many great memories and heart breaks.
