Eating a cat or a dog is that any worse than eating a cow, pig, chicken, or rabbit

No, but why you assume eating a cow, pig, chicken, or rabbit is bad?

That is not what I meant what I meant was eating cows, pigs, chicken or rabbit and other livestock Is ok so why shouldn't dog or cat be OK

I take your wider point MikeW. But in general Cows, pigs and Chicken are farmed for their meat. Domestic cats and dogs aren’t. I’m not a vegetarian, but I won’t eat beef, pork or lamb and I certainly wouldn’t eat cat or dog. Chicken and Turkey I will eat occasionally, but I generally stick to seafood and vegetables.
