The Health Department’s Director of the Office of Reproductive Health made a statement today that is bound to put a kink in people’s… kink. He advised that sex is a health risk during the spread of Covid-19 and people should avoid it. The doctor said that anyone who suspects they might have Covid-19 or are awaiting […]

Or, insist on the lady producing a certificate proving she does not have Covid 19.

They want ferangs to jump through hoops, we should insist they do.

Absolutely, Toby, it's a requirement for a lady to have some kind of proof or certificate that the lady is COVID-19 negative. It's all about the lady on trusting you & know her for a long period of time, not just you meet her on the street about an hour ago, then boom boom right away. Won't work & you will have COVID19.

Considering you cant tell especially if you are asymptomatic not showing any signs, Means no sex for the future until they find that magic cure is not realistic after all you had to deal with all sorts of  virus and sexual diseases that is still in the population yet dont have this.

Hi, ozvenision and welcome to T-T!

Please feel free to tell us a bit about yourself in 'Introductions'. It's good to pick-up on those sometimes differing regional or geographical perspectives.

And check-out the Guidelines, too, when you get a free minute. They're there to help us all enjoy our time here.

Happy posting

Funnnnneeee!

Try telling this to the more than 3 million,  mostly foreign farang men, that the Thai government say are going to travel to Thailand between July 1 and the next 3-4 months.

And when the beer bars open up... the bar ladies will continue to want to sit on the laps of their male customers.  This of course also violates Thailand "social distancing " laws.

And try telling this to the hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of sex workers in Thailand.

Try telling this to the "Playboy Rulers".

Compliance to this will be about 98.23 %

Sounds kind of kinky...

Have sex with a person you just met while wearing a locking GPS tracking bracelet that Thai government mandates all foreigners wear?

What kinds of other kinky sex acts will these Thai government officials think of next?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Isn't this already understood when people are told to isolate themselves when they think they might be infectious?  Do we need a long list of specific activities we shouldn't do?  No kissing?  No whispering in someone's ear?

A more serious, and mature H Dept.may well have advised to supplement with Vit.D3, just for a minute putting aside the Docs and Dieticians mantra of.  'DON'T Supplement'.  Search. '' Pro.f Roger Seheult MD. Vitamin D and COVID 19: The Evidence for Prevention and Treatment of coronavirus (SARS CoV 2).''

I could not find anything published under this name or title.  The first four hits that came up were YouTube links, which is not reassuring.  Perhaps you could provide a link to the peer-reviewed journal that has published this research.

Meanwhile, there is this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7246103/

"There is no strong scientific evidence to show that very high intakes (ie, mega supplements) of vitamin D will be beneficial in preventing or treating COVID-19. (5) There are evidenced health risks with excessive vitamin D intakes especially for those with other health issues such as a reduced kidney function."

A great point.

There's been links in obesity and bad COVID outcomes I think.

Time to lose weight?

"As if contracting COVID wasn’t bad enough, a dismayed man now claims that he’s lost a whopping 1.5 inches from the length of his penis as a lingering result of the vile virus."
