To educate the public about Thailand’s laws on cannabis and the medical uses of the once criminalised plant, Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul is going on tour with his first stop in the northeastern province Surin. The academic conference will be held from tomorrow until Sunday at the Rajamangala University of Technology Isaan’s Surin Campus. More big waste of the public's money on something that is irrelevant. Maybe decriminalise it all the way and then go on the road to explain moderation of the main component for pleasure and then about the medicinal purposes of the oil then it would be something worth of value to the general public.

I'm sure the Thai public are going to line up and be crying with happiness on the streets waving the Thai flag for him while chanting - next PM-next PM. What a farce he and they all are.
