A spokesperson for Rodrigo Duterte, President of the Philippines, says most Covid-19 restrictions in the capital, Manila, will be lifted from tomorrow. According to an AFP report, it comes as government officials declare Manila’s vaccination rate to be 100%, although it’s much lower elsewhere in the country. For reference: Covid cases averages in PH averages just 1K+ per day and positivity rate is 5%. We will go back to "new" normal tomorrow as most restrictions will be lifted aside from masks wearing and social distancing. 

PS: As far as I know, not wearing masks, you will not be fined, but people will give you strange looks and you will not be able to enter a place.

Just a heads-up:  2nd day of the Alert Level 1 and its like pre-pandemic normal in Manila.. City is again alive and traffic is still terrible. But we're glad were back to normalcy.
