So the ones who are not infected continue to work, but are not allowed to leave.

There is another term for this: Slave Labour!

There is no need for workers who are not infected with the virus to stay inside the factory, more testing  has to be done.

Living conditions inside factories must be a horror show as they are businesses and not living quarters, no mention of hygiene within the factories.
