Its usually a case of the patient not showing up and here in Thailand its a case of the vaccine not showing up.

i.e. less than 1% and only with one shot. Well done BMA; seems like you need inoculating . . . or maybe eliminating would be better for the over 10 million people that you supposedly 'serve'.
