Why is this guy not in Jail awaiting trial then?

Did they at least take away his drivers licence?

Is it because it's classed as a motoring offence?

Some headline, eh? Not for speeding and killing eye doctor . . . just 'speeding and hitting' her.

When will the editorial staff get a grip on the quality of the stuff they put out?

A Sweepstake could be set up, but being Thailand no gambling allowed. But their headline is correct though the police man did hit her ….. maybe a reverse on click bait to get us arguing on the headline title leaving killing out of the title …. Well looks like it may have worked.

His Motorbike?

Isn't it one police confiscated and he just decided was his?

Small item considering the death of a woman - but a symbol of how Thai police always believe they operate above the law.

The cops already said it wasn’t an impounded motorcycle and that he paid 113,000 baht for it. And he was charged with “Reckless driving causing death”. What other charges do the family want?
