Now that the roads are more open the motorcycles drive faster and Wilder than ever. I've been here for 35 years I've never seen anything like it and there is no top end speed.  It's the norm not the exception. Increasingly so. someone lol needs to start watching. I read an article that the police will start a new  STRICT safety measures enforcement. Not too soon!

 another note the many delivery drivers are on their phones probably 30% of the time. Is in most cases very lucky they have not crashed but it makes a risk for the rest of the community and drivers and pedestrians

Far from the first 21 year-old to drive too fast, think they are invincible, and end up in an accident.  Fortunately most young people's need for speed just ends up in a scary close call, or wrecking their own vehicle.  But in this case the life of another has been taken.

 

Its a difficult situation.   You cant let the driver off the hook, he must bear responsibility for this mistake.  That said its a reminder of stupid things many of us did in our youth, but for whatever reason didn't end up in such a dark place.
