A new programme by the NHSO is targeting teen pregnancy and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases in a bid to encourage safe sex, especially among youth. The Deputy Secretary-General of the NHSO said the programme will begin on February 1 when the government organisation will begin handing out free birth control pills. While the programme is targeted at teenagers and youth, the birth control pills will be provided to Thai women […]

Yoohoo - Free party balloons. I don't think Thai kids will register as they are in general really shy about this. Easier to buy from a machine in bathrooms.

low education for being daily self-responsible, is source of all problems in world.
so, not give any material things, and not any technology.
trans- gender and human ( fused with devices ) is not needed, to fix something.

as said at end of movie, matrix 4, sheep people in world, ( are made to ) like,
this current world ( only consume, mainly meaningless things, and not study ).

and world population is rather, 3-5 billions, not 8 or more, a statistic of governments.
news also educates, on sensational low level, not deep /detailed.
otherwise, illusion is seen, because said thing not make sense.

They need to be educated as to what for what reasons, protection is used.

Then, they might use these methods.

Is there sex education in Thailand, how about birth control ?

I think we had a half hour chat at school about the birds & the bees. Just the absolute basics, nothing about birth control as it was a Catholic school.

I wish the Philippines would do the same.  Sadly, the church has too much power and strongly resists any attempts to do anything besides preaching abstinence.  The place is like a giant baby factory and most are born into abject poverty.  Their population is out of control for the size of the country.

My sister, when at convent school was told, that if she kissed a boy, she would get pregnant.

Not a joke, 100% true.

That must have meant 'kissed' in the biblical sense.

The Fred Wedlock song was superb!
