Ukraine/Russian Conflict - General Discussion
You either don’t see that you are being played here or perhaps you are enjoying the game. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. You can lead an Internet user to a source but you cannot make it think. -

Ukraine/Russian Conflict - General Discussion
Considering the relatively low amount of civilian casualties at Sieverdonetsk and Lysyschansk it is safe to say that Kyiv’s claim of Russia targeting civilians is simply not witnessed by the facts. From day one of this war Kyiv has successfully pushed the message that Russia indiscriminately kills civilians en masse. Kyiv’s claim of 20,000 civilians dead at Mariupol has been quietly adjusted down to 5,000 and will likely fall further. The battle for the twin cities was apparently the biggest to date yet the civilians casualty rates barely topped 100 and every tragic death was blasted across the media. At the same time 1,000’s of UAF troops were killed or injured in the battle for the Luhanks region yet barely a peep, not a grudging and vague admission. President Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy won the election largely due to the strength of his social media campaign, his policy specifics were vague at best. You are seeing the same thing with Kyiv’s presentation of this war and it’s progress to date - the denial of anything deemed negative to Ukraine and emphasizing anything deemed beneficial to Ukraine. This president is a political newcomer who promised to end the war. Oops… Expect to see more Ukrainian attacks on Russian areas and expect the same denials or silence from Kyiv. False flags operations? Russia doesn’t need to do them and only Ukraine will be pushing that story to shift responsibility and sow doubt.- 1

Ukraine/Russian Conflict - General Discussion
I'm not sure how old you are, but we always used to see war correspondents reporting from the front lines, from atop tanks and embedded in various military units. Clad in flak jackets bearing the word "Press" and steel helmets, they just as brave and took the same risks as the soldiers they were reporting on. Not any more - all they hide away in offices in Western capital cities, quoting whatever the Ukrainian government says - why do people here reject the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence as a 'disreputable' news source, when that's where their news is coming from anyway? -

Its fair in war astro only the appeasers on here will shout it down and cry foul. Most will agree " Do unto them what they did to You " in other words if Russia targeted a shopping center full of Ukrainian shoppers they have the right to Target a Russian Shopping center.
