Phuket Sandbox : Already in Bangkok do I need Sandbox / 7 Days Qurantine?

Need help!

I am already in Bangkok since December (Got entry under Test & Go, 3 months Business Visa), I am planning to visit phuket now to meet my friend coming from India.

Do I need to register under Sandbox program or undergo the RT-PCR on arrival? Or any other things which I should clarify?
