Power outages hit two areas of Phuket: PEA’s ongoing work on low-voltage system

Power outages expected in Thalang District, Phuket.

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has announced temporary power outages today in two areas of Thalang District, Phuket, due to ongoing work on the low-voltage distribution system.

The first area set to face power disruption is the road alongside Nai Yang Beach. Electricity supply will be cut off between the stretch from Patama Massage to Ratcheting Seafood Restaurant, starting from 9am until 4pm.

Simultaneously, Lagoon Road in Cherng Talay will also experience power outages within the same timeframe. The outages will affect the section from Lucky 13 Sandwich Laguna to d’ODESSA Restaurant.

In their official statement, the Thalang PEA apologised for any inconvenience of the power outages that may arise as a result of these necessary works. They have urged those seeking further information to contact the Thalang PEA office at 076-386882 or the PEA call centre at 1129.
