Phuket yacht dealer sells first Ferretti 850 in Asia

PHUKET: Phuket-based yacht dealership Lee Marine today announced the first sale in Asia of the new Ferretti 850 luxury cruising yacht.

The recent sale of the new vessel from Italian designers Ferretti Yachts is sure to raise the bar once again for pleasure yachts in this class, said Lee Marine founder and managing director Joshua Lee.

“The Ferretti 850’s dynamic character is rolled into a luxurious 26 meters of striking features and easily powers at 29 knots,” said Mr Lee, describing the vessel’s interior with a master suite, living space and VIP accommodation as ‘dynamic’.

The new yacht also features a fold-down section of the lower deck that becomes a beach-type platform for water access.

“Lee Marine is thrilled about the yacht’s market-changing innovations. We pride ourselves on client relations, and naturally we have formed a strong bond with the new owner, built on trust and reliability,” said Mr Lee.

“We look forward to this ongoing relationship as we manage the construction and delivery of the many unique features to be included by the yacht’s seasoned owner, and, ultimately, manage the yacht upon its arrival in 2017,” he said.

Ferretti Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, Stefano De Vivo, said the interior design of the yacht was comparable to those one would find in a sumptuous loft apartment.

“The Ferretti Yacht 850 plays a key role in the evolution of our range. It features captivating design and bold performance, but also seductive interiors,” said Mr De Vivo.
