Bangkok Hospital Phuket to hold “Be Healthy Fair”
PHUKET CITY: Bangkok Hospital Phuket will hold a “Be Healthy Fair 2009” from May 30 to June 6 as part of its 14th anniversary celebrations.
The fair, from 9.30am to 5pm each day, will take place on the first floor of the hospital, located on Yaowarat Rd in Phuket City.
The event is part of the hospital’s “Care and Share” program of corporate social responsibility activities.
Experts in a variety of health and wellness issues will be on hand to give free advice to the general public.
Activities will include:
-Physical exercise advice by certified health club trainers;
-Nutrition advice;
-Medical beauty product booths;
-Exhibitions of healthcare products from local companies;
-Question and answer sessions with Bangkok Hospital Phuket doctors on stage.
The hospital will also be offering discounted health check-up packages, specially designed for people of all ages.
The hospital estimates at least 10,000 people will attend the fair.
