A 50 year old Malaysian female tourist has died, and her friend injured, after their high-performance BMW motorcycle crashed in Suphan Buri’s Muang district yesterday afternoon.

The two were part of a 20 motorbike convoy, riding from Malaysia with the goal of reaching Tak province in Thailand’s north-west.

The fatal crash took place at 1.30pm on Malaiman Road in Tambon Suan Taeng, injuring the motorcyclist 59 year old Mahyadi Bin Abdul Amnan and killing his female passenger 50 year old Zuraini Binti Mohd Nor.
